独立研究者・論考執筆者。「制度はなぜ誤りを認めず、修正できないのか」を中心的な問題意識として、医療倫理、公共政策、消費者保護、司法、安全保障などを研究・執筆している。個人の権利と制度運用の緊張関係、緊急措置が恒久化する過程、行政や組織の意思決定が人々に及ぼす影響を、公開資料と実例から検証する。査読付き医学誌や国際医療倫理媒体での発表に加え、アゴラでは医療、社会制度、経済、文化まで幅広く論じている。

George Kujo
George Kujo is an independent researcher and writer working at the intersection of medical ethics, public policy, consumer protection, justice, and institutional accountability. His work examines why institutions fail to acknowledge and correct their mistakes, how emergency measures become permanent, and how administrative and organizational decisions affect individual rights.
